1. Open a web browser of your choice and search for a vlc media player. Click on the first link.

2. Here, you will be able to see the Download VLC option. Click on the arrow and select Windows 64 but option. It will start the download process. 

3. Once it is downloaded, click on the exe file and minimize the browser. It will show a warning. You need to click on Yes. It will start the installation process.

9. Once the installation is complete, click on the Finish option. The VLC media player shortcut icon will also appear on the desktop.

10. For the first time, it will show a warning. You need to click on Continue.

11. Now, you can start using the VLC media player on your Windows 11 Operating System. I am going to open some videos using the VLC media player. Click on the media option. Then, click on Open file.

12. From here, you can choose the file. After selecting the file, click on Open. 

13. It will play the video on your Windows 11 Operating System.
